Who? Reiko Kaneko
Reiko Kaneko was born and raised in Japan, and the cultural heritage of her upbringing plays a formative part in her ceramics to this today. She studied product design at Central Saint Martins, where she fell in love with ceramics as a form of creative expression.

In 2012 Reiko moved to Stoke-on-Trent to the heart of the acclaimed pottery region, where knowledge and skills of ceramics stretch back well over two centuries.
Today, Reiko experiments with several different processes and techniques, always with a distinct Japanese sensibility in approach to form, feeling and function.
